Our purpose
The purpose of this association is to promote the acquisition of knowledge for those involved in the food and beverage industry as well as for those who love Awamori, in order to perpetuate and develop the culture of Ryukyu Awamori.

Operation
In order to achieve the objectives set forth, the Association shall conduct the following activities
(1) Certification business related to Ryukyu Awamori.
(2) Training business related to Ryukyu Awamori
(3) Business related to the production and sale of educational materials and goods related to Ryukyu Awamori; and
(4) Other projects necessary to achieve the objectives of the association.
